Folsom’s Broadstone community is located on 1,600 acres near East Bidwell Street and Highway 50. Single family homes, apartments, office buildings, and retail centers make up this community. Members also enjoy social events, including wine tasting socials and other membership events. This community is located close to Highway 50, which appeals to commuters who work in the surrounding cities.
